I'm Alex.

 

I grew up in the beautiful city of Nice, in the South of France, a place where classic French techniques meet the vibrant flavours of the Mediterranean ingredients.

 

Today, I'm a proud father of two. A boy and a girl, the “choice of the king”. My greatest accomplishment. 

 

For the past 22 years, my career has been dedicated to French cuisine. I trained under Michelin-starred chefs, beginning my journey with Chef Alain Ducasse in Monaco, where I spent three years mastering both traditional and modern techniques. I then progressed through Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels around the world, before going on to lead large-scale kitchens as an Executive Chef.

Now, I’ve stepped out from behind the pass to share the magic, the stories, and the flavour memories that shape French culinary heritage.

I’m inviting myself into your kitchen to look after you and your guests, to cook for you, inspire you, and bring an authentic taste of France into your home.

 

Even after 12 years  in Australia, I have preserved my french accent.​ and became The French Private Chef.
